About
Indy is a family run Buisness, based in the midlands who have been selling mobility aids as Indy since 2008. Far from a fledgling enterprise, Indy is built on the solid foundations of years of experience from a professional, knowledgeable, dedicated and highly committed staff, and an experienced management team, honed through their years of experience running Stewart Pharmacy.
The Badham family, at the helm of this venture, has been selling disability aids and products long before making the move into the mobility market through its successful chain of 8 pharmacies originally established in Cheltenham over 60 years ago.
Their family business motto 'Your Health Matters' carries through every aspect of their business and now also into Indy. Testament to the Badham family's unfaltering commitment to the community, in 2006 Stewart Pharmacy was awarded National winner of the prestigious Unichem award for Pharmacy, 'For the Promotion of Healthcare services in the Community'.
With firmly established relationships with the Local Health Authority, Evesham Community Hospital, Social Services and the Community Drug Team, David Badham has consistently sought opportunities for further community involvement.
Indy's focus on innovation, independence and excellent service, will be supported by the family's ongoing concern for environmental issues, and traditional values, developing the provision of health care in Evesham to ever higher standards...to the benefit of all.
Indy is therefore both the fruit of many years labour and the solution to a very real need that the Badham family have identified in the wider community; to marry the requirement for good mobility products for people with disabilities, and to provide these with an excellent individual service.
Currently Indy operates A large showroom on Evesham's Vale Business Park,
The Future
Our intention is to form a network of 'enabled living' centres around the UK where disabled people will be able to see, compare and try a wide range of aids to help with mobility and independent living.
FAQ
How do I return an item?
First up give us a call on 01386 443857. Sometimes issues can be resolved over the phone without the need to send things back at all. If we can't help over the phone and it does need to come back then simply pop it back to us in the post with a copy of your original paperwork (so we know who it's from) and we'll arrange for a refund or a replacement to be sent out to you.
What is your returns policy?
If it's broken then we'll take it back no questions and sort out a replacement for you. If you just don't like it then we'll take it back but it has to be within 14 days of the item being delivered to you when bought online.
Store Bought items are covered under the 2015 consumer rights act, please note that special order items that are not faulty may incur reasonable restocking charges.
How do I track my order?
We don't generally do order tracking. If you have a problem though you can call us on 01386 443857 and we'll look into it for you.
What are your delivery options?
As a rule we only offer standard delivery not express delivery. We can get things out to you sooner if required but you'll need to phone us to arrange this as it's not something we offer on the website.
Do you provide International delivery?
We can, but it's expensive for you and time consuming for us so we'd honestly recommend that you buy it from someone based in the same country as you. Like the A team though if you are desperate and you can't find help locally you can call us and we'll try to sort something out.
